MK Fluidic Systems provides preventative maintenance and component kits for the OEM marketplace in a variety of industries and applications.
Working hand in hand with our customers, MK Fluidic Systems can provide a complete preventative maintenance kit that includes syringes, valves, tubing assemblies, filters, probes, and more all made to your instrument’s specifications. These kits aren’t only useful for preventative maintenance and routine services. Purchasing, inventory management, and assembly technicians can all be made more efficient by having all of the needed components for a task in one easily managed package. Component kits help keep your technicians keep on the value added tasks they perform, rather than counting components or creating redundant orders.
Purchasing products in kits leads to lower unit-costs and simplified procurement. Instead of technicians having to order a dozen different SKUs, they can order one packaged kit. This also reduced the risk of having to perform costly repeat service calls because a technician was missing any particular component.
Service kits include many of the replaceable components for systems and devices. These components can include syringes, valves, probes, manifolds, fittings, filters, ferrules, and tubes. This consolidation of components simplifies the procurement process and improves traceability.
Component kits are also used in new instrument builds. By having MK Fluidic Systems supply all of the relevant components in a pre-packaged kit unit, customer technicians don't need to spend as much time kitting components for assembly.
Service kits and component kits are the two most common kitting options. However, we also provide tubing kits. Some customer devices use different pump mechanisms and only change tubing and filters on a regular basis. In these instances, we still can supply kits with those tubes, probes, and filters without any syringes or valves.
Our engineers will work with your team to develop a design, timeline, performance specifications, and target costs.
MK Fluidics has the capability to fabricate fully functional prototypes entirely in-house. Our engineering and quality teams are very experienced and can provide assistance in verification and validation of product requirements.
After all of your requirements have been met, our team is ready to support your ongoing production needs. Our prototypes are made using production machinery and methods, significantly reducing risk when moving to full production.
