SPECIALTY VALVES IN A VARIETY OF MATERIALS

OUR FLUID CONTROL VALVE DESIGN & MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

Modified design

By utilizing our vast library of valve designs, we can quickly make configuration changes and material adjustments while still leveraging the historic reliability of our active designs.

Custom design

Whether you have blueprints ready for quotation, or are just starting with design requirements, our experienced engineers are here to help you achieve the highest levels of performance while still meeting your value-driven goals.

Ceramic Valve replacement

It's not uncommon to experience valve leakage or lockup while using a ceramic valve. The salty solutions, back pressure and long resting periods between use have been found to cause failure even with negligible surface wear to the ceramic plates. Our inert rotary valves avoid these failure modes while remaining gas-tight.

OEM VALVES

Replacement valves are available with numerous wetted materials and can be selected based on system compatibility. These include valves for use on existing systems such as the: XC®, XLP®, XE®, XP®, XL®, XMP®, C3000®, MC6000®, V3®, V6®, NX3®, PSD/4®, PSD/6® and PSD/8®.
