We control every step of the manufacturing process in our products from the first machine cut to the final assembly. MKFS understands every aspect of the product and knows attention to detail is critical to create an exceptional product. Most valve bodies are generally made with KEL-F®, PEEK, or aluminum bodies with inert flow paths. With our expertise, we will work with you on your requirements and may be able to suggest an alternative material to best suit your needs.
By utilizing our vast library of valve designs, we can quickly make configuration changes and material adjustments while still leveraging the historic reliability of our active designs.

It's not uncommon to experience valve leakage or lockup while using a ceramic valve. The salty solutions, back pressure and long resting periods between use have been found to cause failure even with negligible surface wear to the ceramic plates. Our inert rotary valves avoid these failure modes while remaining gas-tight.
Replacement valves are available with numerous wetted materials and can be selected based on system compatibility. These include valves for use on existing systems such as the: XC, XLP, XE, XP, XL, XMP, C3000, MC6000, V3, V6, NX3, PSD/4, PSD/6 and PSD/8.
