SYRINGES MANUFACTURED WITH THE TIGHTEST TOLERANCES & BEST FINISHES POSSIBLE
Our highly skilled team members operate specialized machinery to ensure each glass barrel has been fabricated with the tightest tolerance, ensuring volumetric accuracy and consistency. 100% screening is performed to inspect for defects that would impact the performance of the syringe. A final proprietary polishing step ensures the bore of the glass is as smooth as possible to improve the performance of the syringe.

Custom OEM Syringes
We design and manufacture syringes to our customer’s specific requirements using a variety of standardized and custom design elements. Our engineers are here to help. From the first consultation, through prototyping, testing, and release to production.
Replacement Syringes
In addition to custom syringe design, MK Fluidic Systems also has an assortment of standardizes models available. This can often be a very cost-effective solution for OEMs who have already selected an existing syringe pump but need a partner for high quality syringes.

PEEK Syringes
PEEK can be used where stainless steel is not chemically compatible. The broad chemical compatibility and the thermal stability of PEEK make this a great material for highly corrosive applications.
Low-Temperature Syringes
These syringes are designed to operate in low temperatures which can be difficult for standard syringes to perform in. Specialized seal geometry enables function even in sub-zero operating conditions.
Z-AXIS SYRINGES
Compact designs allow for easier integrations into automated liquid handlers. Small form factors don't come at the expense of accuracy and these syringes are capable of CV's below 0.5%.
POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT SYRINGES
For applications where borosilicate glass isn't chemically compatible, we can offer fully polymer and fluoropolymer syringes. These syringes are capable of the same precision as our borosilicate syringes by using precision-ground pistons to control the amount of fluid being dispensed.
