MACHINED FOR RIGIDITY AND MAINTENANCE-FREE OPERATION

Each pump's frame is machined in a single operation on a 5-axis mill out of 6061 billet aluminum and anodized to protect it. This single piece construction is highly rigid and prevents inaccuracy due to flexing of the frame. The drivetrain is comprised of a precision lead screw and an anti-backlash nut to ensure accuracy and precision.

This robust construction eliminates the need for lubrication and maintenance for the life of the pump. The anti-backlash nut also ensures that syringe movements are precise with incredible repeatability. The precision linear rail ensures that no lash is introduced into the system while alternating between aspiration and dispense actions.

A mechanical-only version, without a PCB, is also available, which provides significant cost savings and gives customers unparalleled levels of control in their integration efforts.
